Panther Plus Installation Procedures
To install a PLUS module, the System requires the following:
- Panther Plus can only be installed on Panther Systems Serial #00375 and above.
- PCAP Monitor required if installing Expansion ONLY
- Dell XE3
- Software v7.x and above
- Waste to Drain - drain must be able to handle a minimum flowrate of 1L/min.
- Waste to Drain - drain must be 15m (49ft) or less from the Waste to Drain pump.
- Waste to Drain - drain must be no higher than 1.2m (3.9ft) from the floor

Multi-tube unit—Container used to process tests in the instrument. An MTU contains five separate reaction tubes. The MTU is moved through the instrument by the linear distributor and includes five tiplets for pipettiing to be used in the mag wash station. Expansion ONLY
