Remote Diagnostics Installation
This section provides instructions for installing the PRO360° Remote Diagnostics hardware and software.
Installation Procedures
The procedures listed in the following table must be performed in sequential order:
- Programming the Firewall with Firewall Wizard v6.0.1.0
- Hardware Setup after Firewall has been configured
- Setting a Panther IP Address on the Panther Workstation
OR
Configuring the PC with a Static IP Address - Enabling the PRO360° Remote Diagnostics on the Panther System
- Checking PRO360° Remote Diagnostics Connectivity from the Panther Remote Dashboard
- Checking PRO360° Remote Diagnostics Connectivity with Technical Support
- Disabling the PRO360° Remote Diagnostics on the Panther System (Only if requested by customer)
