Service Software Verification Procedures

1. Verify that the Panther cooling system is working correctly.
1. Navigate to the 4. LiVaCo System and Drawer tab of Service Software and initialize the Liquid, Vacuum Cooling System.
2. Click the On buttons for Cooling, Circulating Pump, and Additional Fan.
   Ensure that the Reagent and Sample Bay temperatures come into range after a few minutes.
3. Ensure that there are no leaks in the cooling system, especially around the right side of the Sample Bay and the rear of the Reagent Bay.
2. Run a Fusion Transfer Test.

3. Run a Side Car Pipettor OQ Test.

4. Run a Panther Fusion System OQ Test.
   Service Procedures > Panther Fusion System OQ Test
5. Run a Fusion Pipettor Pressure Integrity Test.
   Service Procedures > Fusion Pipettor Pressure Integrity Test
6. Run Thermocycler Scanning and Automatic Cleaning
