Output Queue Main PCB Removal and Replacement

Parts and Materials Required

• Proper PPE

• Hex driver, 5.5 mm
• Allen wrench, 4 mm
• Allen wrench, 2.5 mm
• OUTPUT Q, MAIN PCB

Time Required

• 45 minutes

Removal Procedure

1. Put on proper PPE.

2. Remove the Output Queue module.
3. Disconnect all cables and remove the four nuts that secure the main PCB.

   

4. Remove the PCB.

Replacement Procedure

1. Reverse the removal procedure.
2. Verify that connections are properly seated and that screws are all in place.

Alignment/Calibration

1. Install firmware.
2. Align the Distributor to the Output Queue.
3. Perform an Output Queue OLV calibration.

Verification

1. Perform a System Level Operational Qualification.
2. Start the Panther System main software and PrimeOperation of pumping fluid through tubing to ensure proper and consistent fluid delivery (remove air from the tubing, etc.). the system (see the Panther System Operator's Manual).
