Distributor Hook PCB with Home Sensor Removal and Replacement

Parts and Materials Required

• Proper PPE

• Ball driver or Allen key, 2.5 mm
• DISTRIBUTOR, HOOK PCB W/HOME SENSOR

  

Time Required

• 15 minutes

Removal Procedure

1. Put on proper PPE.

2. Remove the Luminometer Injector.
3. Carefully open the Service Drawer.
4. Unplug all cables from Hook PCB.
5. Using a 2.5 mm ball driver or Allen key, unscrew the three bolts and remove the Hook PCB.

   

Replacement Procedure

1. Fasten the new hook PCB.
2. Plug all cables into the new hook PCB.

   Note—The correct location for each cable is written on the PCB.

3. Close the Service Drawer.
4. Reinstall the Luminometer Injector.
5. Install Panther System firmware to the module.
6. Start up Service Software.

Verification

1. Perform a System Level Operational Qualification.
