Output Queue OLV Power Cable Removal and Replacement

Parts and Materials Required

• Proper PPE

• Hex key, 4 mm
• OUTPUT Q, OLV POWER CABLE

Time Required

• 45 minutes (does not include re-teaching the Distributor)

Removal Procedure

1. Put on proper PPE.
2. Remove the Output Queue.
3. Disconnect the OLV power cable from the main PCB.

   

4. Remove the OLV power cable.

Replacement Procedure

1. Reverse the removal procedure.
2. Verify that connections are properly seated and that screws are all in place.

Alignment/Calibration

1. Align the Distributor to the Output Queue.

Verification

1. Perform a System Level Operational Qualification.
2. PrimeOperation of pumping fluid through tubing to ensure proper and consistent fluid delivery (remove air from the tubing, etc.). the system(see the Panther System Operator's Manual).
