MTU Expansion AutoTeach

1. Verify that the Panther HV is a configured module within the Service Software Configuration page.
2. Reset the Panther configuration if necessary, through the Main & Com. tab.
3. Remove all MTUMulti-tube unit—Container used to process tests in the instrument. An MTU contains five separate reaction tubes. The MTU is moved through the instrument by the linear distributor and includes five tiplets for pipettiing to be used in the mag wash station. Carriers from the system.
4. Click on the PX-MTU Expansion Tab.
5. Select the Teach tab.
6. Select Auto teach full (incl. MTU Queue).
7. Click Execute.

   Note—A dialog box appears asking if the carriers were removed from the MTU Expansion module. Check to make sure MTU Carriers were removed.

8. After Auto Teach is complete, select Transfer to NVM.
