Output Queue Upgrades

Injector Background

• The Output Queue Injector [P/N 902847] is made of Polypropylene (PP). This material is not bleach compatible, making it necessary for replacement at every 6-month PM. P/N 902847 is now OBSOLETE.
• The replacement Output Queue Injector [P/N 903641] is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and is a more durable material than the previous PP part.
• The HDPE OQ Injector was cut in on Panther Systems above SN 00640
• Effective immediately, the part number that should be order for the HDPE Output Queue Injector is P/N 903641.
• Once installed, the Output Queue HDPE Injector no longer requires replacement during the 6-month PM.

OLV Housing Background

• The Output Queue OLV Housing was previously made of Delrin, which is not bleach compatible, leading to degradation of the housing.

  

• The bottom piece of the OLV Housing has now been made a spare part [P/N 903647], and the material has been changed to PVC.
• The PVC Housing was cut-in on Panther Systems above S/N 00450.
