Luminometer OLV Sensor Calibration Procedure

Procedure

  1. Start up Service Software.
  2. Initialize the input Queue, Distributor, Luminometer, and Output Queue.
  3. Verify that Auto Detect 1 and Auto Detect 2 lines are primed.
  4. Verify that one MTUClosedMulti-tube unit—Container used to process tests in the instrument. An MTU contains five separate reaction tubes. The MTU is moved through the instrument by the linear distributor and includes five tiplets for pipettiing to be used in the mag wash station. is in the Input Queue.
  5. Move the MTU to the Luminometer.
  6. Navigate to the 6. Luminometer tab.
  7. Click Door Close.
  8. Move the MTU Drive to any of the five positions.
  9. Click the Calibrate & Test Channel 1 button.

    A prompt appears asking to verify that there is an MTU in the Luminometer and that the lines are primed.

  10. Click OK.

    A Succeed message box appears.

  11. Click Yes to write Parameters to NVM.
  12. Repeat steps 9–11 for Channel 2.
  13. Remove the MTTU from the luminometer.
    1. Navigate to the 6. Luminometer tab.
    2. Click Door Open.
    3. Navigate to the Move tab.
    4. Click Pick MTU.
