Dashboard Server Troubleshooting

  1. If you don't see USB as a boot option, you may need to update the Boot Settings.
  2. ClosedPress F11 during startup again and choose Enter Setup.

  3. ClosedUse the left and right arrow keys to highlight the Boot top level menu.

  4. ClosedUse the up and down arrows to highlight CSM(Compatibility Support Module) and hit Enter.

  5. Change CSM to [Enabled] if not enabled already.
  6. ClosedChange all remaining Launch options to [Legacy Only].

  7. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
  8. ClosedHighlight Yes in the Save Changes and Exit pop-up.

  9. Hit Enter to Save.
  10. Once the PC restarts, the USB boot option will be displayed.
