Create Dashboard

Note—Only a super-user or higher can create a dashboard.

1. Select Add to open the Select Dashboard window.
2. Select the Type using the drop-down menu.

   

3. Select Dashboard or Test Order Report.
   1. If Dashboard is selected, the menu displays the Grid View and Card View options.

      

4. Select Grid View or Card View, if applicable.
5. Select Continue.

6. The Dashboard Parameters window opens.

   

7. Type or select the applicable information and parameters.

   Note—Depending on which Grid View, Card View, or Test Order Status Report option is selected, the Dashboard Parameters window displays different parameters. Dashboard Parameters Description Name Enter a unique name for new dashboard Link Unique link created by dashboard Description Enter descriptive text (optional) Time Select results withing certain time frame (12-hours, 24-hours, 48-hours, or 1 week) Note: Applicable to Test Order Status Report only. AssayProcedures required to prepare and perform a specific test. In the context of this document, assay refers exclusively to a Hologic test, such as Aptima Combo or Ultrio. Select applicable assays Note: Applicable to Test Order Status Report only. Instrument Select up to 6 instruments Note: Instrument is grouped under the work cell name in the instrument column. Selected Instruments Layout Provides layout of selected instruments. Update instrument layout by selecting an instrument to move it to desired location within the layout. Note: Applicable to Grid and Card View only.

   Note—If Apply is selected, the dashboard parameters are not saved, and the user is taken directly to the detail screen for the newly created dashboard.

8. Select Save and then Close.
9. A new dashboard opens in the Dashboard Management grid on the Dashboard Command Home screen.
