Clean and Dirty Areas of the Panther System

The Clean and Dirty areas of the Panther System are defined as:

Clean Areas are defined as Pre-Amplification. The sections highlighted in Blue are Clean Areas.

Dirty Areas are Post-Amplification. These sections of the Panther System can become contaminated associated with amplification assays. The sections highlighted in Red are Dirty Areas.

Sample Exposed areas are highlighted in Yellow.
