Thermocycler General Information
The Thermocycler can thermally cycle 60 Fusion tubes arranged in 12 independent groups (five Fusion tubes per group). Fusion tubes are loaded into the thermocycler by the Vial Robot (TTA). The integrated 5-color rotary fluorometers acquire a fluorescence signal from all 5 colors and all 60 vials in less than 5 seconds.
