Ordering a UDI Label

Purpose

You need to order a Unique Device Identification label.

Procedure

Follow standard ordering procedure and include the following:

1. Specify the full Panther Serial Number information, when ordering LBL-06431.
2. Prepare a text file with the full Fusion Serial Number receiving the label.
3. Add the text file as an attachment to your Oracle order.
4. Submit your Oracle order.
